Counting the days til W is out

I've been a-waitin' and a-prayin' for the day George W. Bush leaves the White House since Al Gore got robbed in 2000.

But I couldn't bear the thought of counting the days. Like the sands of Iraq, there were simply too many to contemplate without feeling the payoff would never come, like an arms inspector endlessly searching for weapons of mass destruction.

Now it's time to come out from under the rock and start counting, praise be. In January 2009, the United States will have a new president. Hallelujah and amen, brothers and sisters!
