I understand about loving one's pet, believe me, but when I see a dressed-up animal I tend to have bad thoughts about the animal *and* the owner, and I'm certainly not the only person doing so. So while you may be keeping off rain and cold, you're also attracting negative mental energy from everyone around you. And negative mental energy might be like sidestream smoke in that one day we'll be able to measure how much harm it can do. Just a word of caution.
And put it on your credit card. Come on -- you're an American!
C'mon, look at that doggie's sweet little face! How can you not buy her a Juicy trench coat?
